FYL: For Your Learning
Compliance and workplace training small businesses can actually run
- Mission
- Put real workplace training within reach of the businesses that need it most and can afford it least.
- Vision
- Every small team trained, compliant, and served in the language they actually speak.
Mission
Small businesses carry the same training obligations as large ones, with none of the infrastructure. Compliance deadlines do not scale down. Neither do the consequences of missing them. Most learning platforms were built for enterprises and priced accordingly, so small teams end up with binders, guesswork, or nothing.
FYL exists for those teams. It is a learning management platform under the FYHR brand, built for compliance and workplace training where it is hardest to deliver: the shop floor, the small office, the crew that spans two languages. Role-based access means each person sees the training that belongs to their job. Bilingual English and Spanish content means the second-language worker gets the real course, not a summary. Compliance intelligence tracks what is required and who has done it, so the owner is not the tracking system.
Where it stands
FYL is in production hardening. The platform is built: roles, bilingual content, and the compliance layer are in place. The current work is the unglamorous kind that separates software that demos well from software a business can trust with its obligations. Access control, data integrity, and reliability are being tested and tightened before the platform carries live customer weight.
Roadmap
Hardening finishes first. Nothing ships to paying teams until the platform passes its own bar. From there, the path is deeper compliance intelligence and a growing course library, always bilingual by default.
The measure of success stays simple. A small business owner should be able to answer “is my team trained and compliant” in one screen, in either language.
